Winner, Portland AIA 2016 Citation Award
Basecamp is A 25-unit Townhouse project with attached Accessory Dwelling Units on a former sawmill site in Central Oregon. Striking a balance between the natural drama of the high desert and its growing urban neighborhood, Basecamp defers to its setting with thoughtful simple forms clad in regional materials.
