Currently in the design phase, this project completely reconfigures and updates an unremarkable 1920's craftsman house in Gladstone, OR. A second-floor and roof replacement expand the usable living space by a third, bringing the house up to modern codes, while flooding all levels with precious daylight down a re-located, sky-lit, lattice-like stairwell. Construction to start Summer 2022.
